Yea, I'm wondering if the HTC Evos will ever get an update ?

I've had this phone a little over three months now, and we've heard of (2.3) gingerbread and 2.4 versions of android. - and have yet to see either one. Maybe to some people gingerbread isn't much of an update, but every update is considered special to me.

You can have the gingerbread keyboard now. I've been using it for months on my evo and I'm not rooted either . Just find the gingerbread keyboard apk and install it on your phone.

For what? I've been running ginger bread in my Evo for a month and a half now. Android is an open source OS that's why we root. They almost expect us to.
