Phone blocking numbers not saved in contacts

Whenever a random number that isn't saved to my contact list calls or texts, I never get it. If they call me, it just displays "missed call" without ringing, but I can't receive a text at all. It's really confusing and annoying because people get new numbers or someone new texts me and I receive nothing... Help please :-(

Check ur TTY mode in ur phone settings and see if its turned on...could be the problem
