Google Playstore not working

I did a factory reset, clear cache and data but I still can't download apps or update them. I've tried logging out and restarting everything and nothing works. I receive a "Google talk authentication failed" "Authentication is required you need to sign into your google account" or just an error message. Does anyone know how to fix it?
