CM10 Bluetooth problems

So I can't use my bluetooth at all. when i turn it on it says "turning on" stays like that for about 10 minutes then goes back to the off position. my bluetooth works fine before using the stock ROM. but it doesn't on CM10. any suggestions on how to fix it? or is it time for a new ROM? :/

New rom if you can't live without BT. It's a known issue and requires some seriously technical work to fix.

The only reason I recommend a new rom is because there hasn't been an active developer for this rom in months. I wish we could find someone to work some magic on our device but it looks bleak

Never was able to work out this issue but try this post for some ROMs that are just as good as CM for the Design.
