lost my market apk from flashing

I'm perm rooted.
Ok I used rom manger n tryed to flash my stock rom to the overnight cm7 with gingerbread.(does any1 kno what I'm talking about?) And I failed flashing wtf and MADE A BACK UP but how do i access it? I was messing around in recovery and formatted my SD card T-T. Now I have no music .......

I just wanna know @ least how do I get market apk back

And how do I unformat my SD card?

OR HOW DO I JUST RETURN EVERYTHING BACK TO NORMAL
To my stock rom ......

Any help would be great

Oh and I tired to install the gaps file in recovey but it says no file?
And since the sd is formatted I can't even see in my sd card..

Well, if it formatted the SD card you won't have your backup anymore. Only option I can think of is returning to stock: http://forum.androidcentral.com/htc...aqs-how-tos-updated-3-28-11-a.html#post627439 Try that out.

If you havent already solved your problem do this...

1. Go on google and find the apk file for titanium manager.

2. Load onto sd card and install then run ^^^^^^^^^

3. Once back up is complete go into rom manager and download CM7 and when it asks if you want google apps check the box

4. Reflash to cm7 after wiping

5. Reload **** from titanium

6. Profit????!!!

all you have to do if i'm not mistaken here is download the GAPPS....

thats the GAPPS download link from Cyanogen and flash that from recovery

What are the steps before flashing to cm7 properly ?

Just download CM7, wipe data and cache then flash away. After you flash CM7 then flash the GApps to get your google apps back. I would also suggest making a backup, if you haven't already, just in case something goes wrong.
