phone freezs

just got my replacement Shift phone from best buy. this thing is worse then the one I turned in. :'(
had to pulled the battery three times already just to get it to go to the home screen.
the apps that I had on my first worked great. but this phone they hang up, will not respond is there anything I can do to correct this. :'(

I hope that you got insurance on it. Take it back or drop it off to sprint.

My friends just upgraded using best buy. Their program is they can sell back their phone anytime for another phone. Can't you do that?
