IF your rooted.. yes. Use root explore and navigate to /system/app and I believe it's the HTC_IME.apk. If your not rooted just replace with a third party application

I'm a big fan of SwiftKey. It's been good at learning and then predicting my text input and it has several theme options. Worth the money, but I think it was available for 10 cents this week.
