SD card removed accidentally . HELPP

I use HTC explorer (A310e). I accidentally erased my SD card by going to settings. Now when i switch on my mobile it's not working and a white screen appears only with htc written on it. I removed the battery and then inserted it again but it is still not working.

Hello, welcome to Android Central.

If you go into the bootloader, you can try a factory reset. Have you tried booting without the card inserted?

Yes i have tried to do factory reset. It's still not working. Few months back i rooted my mobile aswell. Please tell me what to do next?
