Problems???

I was on the phone with At&T and HTC about the bluetooth capablities of the First and was told I would have to download a bluetooth app, which sucks considereing the phone has a bluetooth setting. I can't send or receive anything. My music is the same way I have to extract all the file then hook up to my comp and drag and drop. Also while I was on the phone with At&t and HTC for about 2 and a half hours the phone screen cracked in my hands. The device felt warm but I thought nothing of it, now At&t and HTC both say I'll have to come out of pocket atleast $100 to have it replaced. But enough about me, I was wondering If anyone else was having problems with the First or am I the only one??? lol
