playing converted videos

I just got the hero after I junked my pre because of hardware issues and before that I had the iphone. The pre and the iPhone both played videos that I converted flawlessly but now I put some tv shows and movies on my hero and it lags BIG time. I'm still using the mp4 converter. I've tried 4 different video players but I saw no difference...anyone have a solution?

I got it I just had to redo the settings on my converter

I get some serious lag when using a stereo bluetooth and playing video on the Hero. Palm Pre handled the exact same video file perfect with ad2p.
