I have used a blackberry for years and I loved it. I have had the hero for about 5 months and I hate it. What I miss is how blackberry had my email hit my phone as soon as it hit the server. The only way that I have found to do this is forward my work email to my gmail account. Is there an app out there that will take my work email to my phone as soon as it hits the server. My work email is pop3 and does not support exchange.

thwn your work email isnt set to PUSH, its set to 15 minutes and pulls it accordingly. As i get my emails faster than the pcs on the corporate network, as the poll every 5 minutes.
