2.31.651.7 Update will not install

I can not get the 2.31.651.7 Update to install on my phone. It worked great on my wife's but stops part way through on my phone and sends me to recovery mode (red triangle with exclamation mark).

I have a stock non-rooted phone and have done a factory reset and tried with the same results... any advice would be great.

Should I try running the .5 RUU to downgrade and then upgrade to .6 and then maybe .7 will install?... any advice? I would appreciate any help.

I assume you were already running the previous .6 "Update-1" ? If so, the .5 RUU would probably be your next best guess. Though it might be quicker just to go into a Sprint store and make them figure it out. They might have USB devices to make it all go quicker?
