Most of the time, my MT4G is pretty fast, runs well without much lag. I try not to keep too much stuff running in the background, though I do run Tasker (but mostly just to control my GTalk status and turn on/off wifi/GPS etc).
Occasionally, for no apparent reason, it starts getting jumpy, laggy, both regarding connectivity to the internet over 2G/3G or even WiFi, and also just doing simple stuff like typing an email or text message.
Anyone know why this might be? Best way to stop it? I haven't rooted my phone and I'd prefer not to just yet (had it for about 6 months, so far just using LauncherPro instead of Sense - I'm not much of a programmer, so not sure I want to try permarooting).
