Unable to control speaker volume during call

Hi all,
Since the past few days there is a bluetooth headset like symbol in my notification bar. I use a bluetooth headset but this symbol stays even when the device is not connected. During a call, I am not able to control the speaker volume and the call occurs with max volume. I am guessing that this bluetooth mode is causing the issue and I am not able to figure out how to disable it. Please help. The attachment is a screenshot where I have redlined the notification symbol. Please help. Thank you.

Hi,

I just read something about enabling hearing aid and I think this is enabled on my e8. I can't find a way to disable it. Please help. I've tried google. it doesn't help.

I just found the solution:
Settings->Call->Slot1 call settings(or the other)->Hearing aids.

No it does not work, I guess it mostly a dotview bug

Disable speaker phone option from dotview, it should work
