Adbwinapi.dll error in window 7 64-bit

dear respected sir,
i'm unlock my htc one e8 bootloader step by step htcdev.com.dear sir i have install all about software of related my process adb driver htc driver i also install android studio for window i have download Adbwinapi.dll and copy and past system-32 of my window and i have done it all step and open fastboot but it not open and again so this error so sir please resove my problem.

You need to register the dll file.

Or just uninstall adb and install Mini-SDK. That installs all the dll files and resisters the ones that have to be registered. (It gives you adb and fastboot, the same as any adb installation.)
