Speaker Failure

A few days after receiving my unit from LetsTalk, I noticed that the speaker on the bottom of the phone was slightly louder than the top speaker. I gave it a few days to see if it would work itself out, but it didn't. So, as I'm contemplating calling LetsTalk for an exchange, the bottom speaker dies completely. A soft reset fixed it, but it was enough to lead me to where I am now, which is on hold with LetsTalk.

Anyone else have similar problems?

I've noticed that when I play music above half volume, especially any kind of rock, the bottom speaker crackles a little. It's barely audible but noticeable so I called AT&T and they're sending me a replacement. The 64gb is on backorder so I'm hoping the new phone comes from a fresh batch with no problems. Also, dropped AT&T's insurance and going for Ensquared or Worth Ave. Group. Way better deals from them.
