Any Idea Why MMS Messages Sometimes Come Through Like This?

Solved the mystery. Went back to Sense temporarily (was using Nova) and removed the icon and replaced it with the icon I wanted.

Yep lock screen only recognizes sense dock. Sucks that you can't specify what apps you want on the lock screen.

Try using an app like chomp sms... never happens with this app and so many options...

Sure I can. I put Chomp there on the lock screen dock when I was using it.

Chomp was the main offender as far as showing mixed MMS texts as videos. GoSMS Pro handles it better, in my opinion.

MMS texts show as videos with Chomp when sending more than one at a time. It sends as a slideshow. Otherwise, they will send as a single picture.

messaging in general is really taking its toll on me. I haven't figured out the trick to getting group messages and sending pics seems to be a total crapshoot.

I tried GoSMS but couldn't get over how it looked. Chomp is so much better looking and doesn't have the black menu bar.
