Complete Playlist not syncing

I use Itunes to store my music, but for some reason my playlists are not identifying all of the songs that are listed. For example, in Itunes playlist A says that it has 200 songs (not copy protected), but the playlist on the ONE only shows 125. I use easy phone sync and have tried manually moving the playlist to the 'Music' folder to no avail. Looking for any suggestions. It worked fine on my GSIII.
