Putting contact info on the lock screen

I have an HTC ONE from AT&T and this feature seems to have been disappeared on this phone. Is it just hidden in a new place? Any recommendations?

It's not under Settings/Security/Owner Info? I don't have a One, so I'm just going by what's on my phone.

No, it's not like BlackBerry. I actually took a wallpaper into Photoshop and added my contact info. Then, I just used that as a custom wallpaper.

B.Diddy - that's where it was on my previous Android phone - but I bought that in Asia....So maybe AT&T disables it?
