Bug sharing links in emails

If I'm at a website, click on the 3 dot menu, then Share, then choose Mail, it will often just create a new mail dialog which is blank, and I have to repeat the process, sometimes more than once to get the link to appear in the new mail dialog. Anybody else experience this issue?

As I'm testing this, this only appears to be an issue with the stock browser
