Has anyone updated to Android 4.4 on the HTC One Unlocked phone? Is it worth the update from 4.3? What has changed or can someone post a link to somewhere that shows what has changed in 4.4?
Once the update is done, I will not be able to go back, right?
I use Android Revolution HD Rom and the latest one on 4.4 feels almost identical to 4.3.

yes it worth the update.
the most visible changes will come from updating to Sense 5.5 - in the same package, but I have noticed that 4.4 does have a lower memory footprint as advertised.
