Hello everyone, I have just got my HTC One about 2 months back after I have been part of the Galaxy Nexus community for awhile.

Anyway, I have been wondering about the stock browser. I have been reading it is generally faster, and can support plugin unlike other browsers, but I honestly just want to make sure.

Also on that note I was wondering if it also does sandboxing like most of the browsers do, and if it does not is it generally less secure than the others?

    Any input is appreciated

I use Chrome and I like it so far. It can be used on all devices and the interface isn't to bad. But I'd try a few and see what you like best. At the end of the day its all about your needs!

there was a thread like this one a while back and many people suggested Dolphin browser.

apparently it does well in the speed department.

i just use chrome because it syncs with my desktop's browser as well... otherwise not a big fan of it (i find it slow and clunky).

I like and use the HTC stock browser on my One. It auto fits texts and Web site better than Chrome.

It doesn't auto-sync open pages on a computer browser like Chrome does, but bookmarks get synced.

I only use Chrome for the auto-sync feature when I'm doing something on the laptop and forget to bookmark it.
