HTC ONE usability issue after 4.3 update

Hi, I use HTC ONE, after android 4.3 and htc sense 5.5 update, my phone started behaving weird, the Pin lock dosent work, it automatically opens apps, the swipe of the screens became sensitive, not able to use it as before ..

anyone facing same issue ????????? is there a workaround or a fix ???????
