HTC One not finding Sense 6 update?

Hey guys! Last week, I had to send my phone off for the purple tint issue on the day that the Sense 6 update came out on Verizon. I just received my phone back today, but with Sense 5.5 installed. When I have selected "check new" in the software update menu, my phone checks for an update (it sits at this screen for a couple of minutes), but then eventually just backs out of this menu (no error message, anything) into the general settings menu. I have tried restarting the phone multiple times. Any ideas of what might be happening/how to solve this issue to get the Sense 6 update to run through? Also, I am currently running software version 3.11.605.1.

try to clean cache of updater, setting->apps->all-- updater then force to stop then clear data. i think could help.
