Why is my HTC One M7 battery dying at 20+?

Htc one m7 battery issues

Since upgrading to Lollipop 5.0.2 my phone is dying at 20%+ very regularly!

Any ideas on how to fix this?

I have done basic things like;
Lowering screen brightness
Closing background apps
Turned off location settings

Factory Reset after Lollipop update is highly recommended. Clears up some residual update issues.
