Data recovery, Display driver died, Locked. What should I do?

Data recovery, Display driver died, Locked

So I have a HTC One M7, The screen no longer works what so ever. I’ve been told that the display driver has died by place that fixes phones.

It still rings if called and still gets text also the alarm still gos off at the set time, I would really like to get some photos and videos off the phone as they are of someone who has past away.
(I know should of backed everything up)

When I plug it in my pc it shows up but I can’t look at the files as I have a lock screen on my phone and nothing shows up till it’s unlocked.
Is there any way around this?
