HTC one M7 won't turn on after replacing battery?

Currently on 89% charge with solid red light on, suggestions to get it back to life?

Let it keep charging (with the phone turned off) until it reaches 100% - then another 30 minutes. Then see what happens.

The power button doesn't seem to make the phone indicate battery power in phone whilst off, does this mean possibly the power button is broken?

HTC one M7 won't turn on?

I replaced the battery and charging port. The phone has indicated it's on 100% charge but will not power on, any suggestions to getting it booted back up?

Have tried power button, volume up and down and all combinations.

Have you already tried pressing and holding Power for at least 10-15 seconds?

As you suggested, power buttons can also fail, so it's possible that needs to be replaced as well.
