The phone has indicated it's on 100% charge but will not power on, any suggestions to getting it booted back up? Have tried power button, volume up and down and all combinations.

Have you already tried pressing and holding Power for at least 10-15 seconds? As you suggested, power buttons can also fail, so it's possible that needs to be replaced as well.
