Want to use GSM on Sprint HTC One M8

Hello,

I have Sprint HTC one M8 developer edition and its rooted.
I have got the phone from a friend so no idea about how it was rooted.

I get following message when I press Power + volume down button

Can you guys tell how will i be able to use GSM sim on the phone . Tried with Vodafone sim didnt worked.
I have TWRP v2.7.0.2 on the phone.
