I just watched a review of the Verizon M8 and at the end the guy said it was going to be $299 on a 2 year contract. HTC must be really desperate to make this kind of deal with Verizon. For some reason HTC feels the need to make their phones out of steel now so I'm sure they cost more to make than an S5 or any other phone for that matter.

Two people on this forum who work at Verizon have said it's $199. I'm sticking with them.

it's "official" now, Verizon's website just showed $199....
I thought they weren't supposed to start selling until 1pm
or something? (it's only 8:46AM EDT right now)
