Verizon: Network is busy?

I never have had issues making phone calls on Verizon until I got this phone - I've been a customer for years. At least once or twice a week now the phone tries to dial, then gives me a busy signal, and I get a popup saying the network is busy, try again later. After several tries the call eventually goes through.

Anyone else see this?

I'd say do a hard reboot. If not, get a new Sim...

I'll check with Verizon tomorrow about a new SIM. It has done this before and after a factory reset the phone decided to do on it's own, one I did myself, and multiple reboots. Not a frequent occurrence, but enough to be concerning.
