My cousins phone is unresponsive.
Its only 3 weeks old and it was charged up with about 30% left and the internet was on. It suddenly went blank and even when you press the screen, press the power button at the top or plug it in, its unresponsive, the charging light doesn't show u at all, I've tried 3 different chargers for her. Also, on my laptop the internet for the phone still shows up but when I click connect it says it can't connect to the network.
I've also tried plugging it into my laptop and my laptop doesn't respond.
Apart from going to check it out as a last resort, what would I try to do?
Wait for it to die?
