Strange sounds when applying pressure on screen

Recently my HTC One m8 has been making strange popping/clicking sound when I apply pressure near the top left of screen around the nano-sim tray region. It feels as if the screen is somehow sinking in and it might fall off or break as time goes by. Should I take it back to the store I got it from and get it sent off for repair?

Yeah, I would take it back. If u didn't drop it or d any physical damage then it should be replaced for free. If you're in the states there's always HTC advantage.
