how to get S-off... Firewater gave me a WHELP

Ive unlocked the bootloader via htcdev.com

I rooted using the TWRP file?

and finally, when i reach the end of the process to turn S off.... it opens and chugs one bottle then i get the WHELP message..

What can i do??? are there other programs options etc? im really bummed because i wanted to install the Google Play Edition Rom. and now my phone says tampered/unlocked on the bootloader screen so i basically have the worst of it

What carrier do you have?

When you unlock and root the device will report a tampered/unlocked message, so that is normal.

ATT.. i did locate the CID of my device as well if that helps anything. its CWS__100
