Battery 1% always in HTC One M8 with Android Lollipop


Gentlemen, I have a problem, since I updated my HTC One M8 to Android Lollipop, battery stays at 1%, placing the charger for more than two hours the smartphone charged, but just 1% is still displayed in the battery. I hope your support, thank you very much in advance.

Bring the phone to the carrier (and hope your carriers down there do repairs) and ask them to please redo the update for you. Evidently something undetected went wrong with the one you got over the air. (It's probably one of the top 5% of the problems here these days - bad Lollipop OTA updates. No surprise - there was a much better method of updating almost 10 years before Google invented Android - that's how old their update technology is.)
