Why oh Why did i give my HTC M8 in for the iPhone 5s?!!

A few weeks ago i gave my htc m8 up cause i couldnt get use to it and preferred my iphone features...however i cant get imessage/facetime working - i feel such a fool, im getting the urge to go back to the htc m8 but i feel a stupid..

What is the software version your iPhone is running?
Try removing the phone number from your I'd, disabling iMessage and then readd your phone number to your id. At the end reenable iMessage. If that doesn't work call Apple support.
The M8 is a great device and so is the iPhone too. Both have their advantages and disadvantages. It's all a matter of preference.
