Spotify superslow on HTC M8 after update to lollipop

Already de-& re-installed spotify (yes, latest version), emptied cache, etc. it takes minutes to load playlists and i am a true spotify addict, help! Anyone?

Have you considered that the problem could be from spotify?

I had this issue, it turned out to be the Kingston SD card I was using. I switched to a Sandisk Extreme and its lightning quick..

However, I did see slowness and lag with loading pictures and camera too. Are you seeing other laggy apps?

Tnx triatt but I already have SanDisk extreme card and yes minor issues with e.g. fbook, but spotify really major problems. Only helps sometimes to remove cache or reinstall spotify, but only for (very) short period:-(
