i bought a htc one m8 and when i press accounts and sync and type in email and password it doesnt recognise the account how to fix this?

Can you clarify where you're pressing accounts and sync? Are you trying to sync your email in the stock Email app? Or are you trying to add a Google account to the phone in Settings>Accounts?
 
Well,i managed to fix it by using the two step verification.but now my error is google play.whenever i try to open it instantly crashes and i cant do anything.i tried resseting app prefernece,clear cache,factory reset,but nothing helped.

Try removing your Google account completely in Settings>Accounts, then adding it back again.

Try booting into Safe Mode, which temporarily disables all 3rd party apps. https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-10853

If the problem disappears in Safe Mode, then something you installed is causing the problem. You may have to uninstall apps one by one until the problem disappears. If the problem persists in Safe Mode, then it's more likely to be a hardware or firmware problem.
 
i factory reseted so there probably wont have any apps.but ill try

So just to be clear, the main problem right now is that Google Play Store crashes upon opening, right? When it crashes, do you get an error message?
