    I have a htc one m8(t-mobile). But I can't find android marshmallow for my mobile.
    Today I find a android m rom at htc official website which is for unlocker htc.
    is this rom matching with my mobile?

    If you have just a standard T-Mobile M8, then Marshmallow is not out yet.
    I think it may be out for unlocked/google play versions, but honestly, i'm not 100% sure how those versions work.

    I doubt the ROM knows if your device is carrier locked or not so I believe you should be good with it =)
