Since some of these are headed out early, is there any chance there are carrier store that have demo units right now?

A couple of reviews I've read mention that the camera does jpeg and RAW, but none have explored using the RAW or if it delivers access to the better quality that is apparently sadly missing in the camera jpegs. They just mentioned that 3rd party apps are needed to utilize it. I couldn't find anything about it in the Sprint M9 manual.

Has anyone heard more? Probably too soon for anyone to have tested it. And I soundly doubt that anyone at a store would know anything...

I read online Best Buy had them on display it had me punch in my best buy store.

OMG! I got order confirmation of being shipped too. We will get ours on Monday too! But we have no cases. Otterbox has the Defender with holster that my husband had for his M8 but they have no commuter. But they have a defender in a Melon color that I kind of like but I don't need the holster and all that I like the Commuters LOL! I can't wait till Monday!

I just received my shipment notification, FedEx delivery in Monday!!!! Will post pics as soon as I get it. Along with screen comparison pics between M8 and M9!

My phone has been shipped from the warehouse here in Louisville to UPS it was done yesterday. So now I hope it comes before we go to work on Monday. I'm trying to login to MY UPS cause it will give me an estimated time frame but I locked myself out from trying to login too many times. Forgot my password LOL! But I just ordered my husband the Otterbox Defender that he had on his M8 comes with the holster. Than he will pop out the screen protector and we will get the glass Zag that we like. It was our 1st tempered glass on our M8's and we loved it. I want the Dot View Case and the Otterbox commuter which neither is out yet. I wish Seidio had theirs already also but they don't.

I had scheduled Friday afternoon to take off work for an appointment, and got the email Thursday night that preorders were going to be accepted after midnight. Great timing! I stopped by the carrier store after getting out of work and got my order in, the phone has been shipped and I'm just counting down until it arrives.

Mine is supposedly arriving Monday from my t mobile order. Interesting that I just got a text from t mobile saying the ups tracking numbers will not work until the product release date, although I got my ups notice saying it's arriving Tuesday. Either way I'm impressed.

Just ordered mine from AT&T Online. They had a demo unit in Best Buy this morning and I tried it out for about 20 minutes. It seemed smooth and responsive. I took about 20 pictures in the store. They all came out quite good. The unit seemed a little warm to the touch, but this was a heavily used demo unit.

Amazon has the Otterbox Commuter cases with one important exception... They ship in 1-2 months... Lol

HTC shipped my wife's M9 out Fri night. Should be in Monday. I went ahead and ordered a simple Spigen case from Amazon for it too which had guaranteed delivery Tues through Prime. Let's see if she can manage to break it in that time.

I used the HTC expedited shipping. Now it says delivery on Tuesday probably because FedEx doesn't deliver on Monday's to residential areas. Oh well thankfully now I don't have to worry about her dropping the phone before the case and screen protector get in.
FWIW I bought the ATT version Gold-on-Silver without contract.

Why did you buy the AT&T version off contract when you could have bought the unlocked model? Same price and radios, but no branding, no AT&T bloat and faster updates as well. I'm wondering why would anyone do that.

It's the AT&T sku, but unbranded without any of AT&T's "extras".

Gotcha. AT&T's "extras" are terrible. I remember on the M7 and M8 they had this terrible address book app. Thank goodness for firmware flashing!!!
