Hmmm. I had it turned on, but mine hadn't backed up automatically over wi-fi like it's set up to. I'm trying a manual back up to see what happens.

I can't even manually backup. It won't back up at all.

I've been using it for years now. Works great. Set it up to backup daily to my Dropbox account. Started using it on my old HTC Evo 4G LTE. Used it to set up my M8, using the restore feature, and it imported all of my settings, passwords, saved wifi networks, and even re-instlled my favorite background screen, which wasn't even on the M8.....
