Is this a virus

I have this download thing going on my HTC M9. I keep getting this download being downloaded all the time except the download time keeps changing. "alibaba_ck_waplist_v....." I don't I have AGV anti virus and malware bits for malware. I can't find this "download" anywhere on my device.

Has any one else seen this and if so how do I get it off please????
