Software download corrupted: how do I fix it?

Hi all
I received update msg to software update my HTC m9 (1.40.401.8) then I downloaded when the download completely 100%then I show this msg (download successful
the download verifying update package .....) When I receive this msg (software update currpted try download again).
1.I try it more and more but same problem
2.I reset my phone then try again but same problem
3.I go to app>>all>>updater clean data then clean catch then try again but same problem....

Are you downloading over wifi ? If not then use wifi to download

Which country is your M9 from?..

If you Imported your M9 or purchased it from another region/country then the update and firmware for the country you are in NOW will not match the device number / Hardware of the different region / country your M9 is purchased from
