Android 6.0
Recently my phone has been playing up. It shuts itself off at about 10% battery and when it's plugged in to charge and turns itself back on I get message saying Google play Services need updating.
Then gmail stops working along with the exchange services. My phone has reset all my sign ins and personalisation settings like widgets and tones.
And every Google and HTC app has reverted to original settings.
I have no idea what's going on or how to fix it. But it does only do it when the phone thinks it's out of charge.
