    i update my htc m9 and download the update from the device when the update done the device keep restart and saying android is starting optimizing app and when it is done counting it is restart the process again the logo and the android is starting thing again I tried to whip the cashes and reset factory but nothing work my device is locked and have no root but in there is yellow thing say security checking failed not_find_smart IO
    and sorry for my bad English
