Mic not working on Car bluetooth

Hi,

I have a problem with mi HTC One M9, i was using it with my car bluetooth without problem, but a random day, the mic stop working.
When i get a call, i can hear the people voice, but others can't hear me. This only happens with the car bluetooth, when i disconnect it from the car, it works fine.

I test other phones on my car, and all phones works fine.
I test my phone on other cars, but the failure continues, so i get to the conclusion is my device.

Any advice what can cause this behaviour? External apps? System Updates?

I'm running Android 6.0.
