Htc one m9 stuck in bootloader, Can't get into download mode

Hey everyone!

So i hav ean HTC one M9 and it's stuck in the bootloader and it says :
*** Software Status : Modified ***
***Locked***
*** S-On ***
*** Security Warning ***

and when it boots into recovery and it shows this at the bottom :

Supported API : 3
handle_cota_install: install cwpkg to /cache/cota/cwpkg.zip
handle_cota_install: install cwcrop to /cache/cota/cw.prop
E: mount /cache fail, format it and mount again
E: failed to mount /cache (invalid argument).. try emmc mount
E: can't find node for mount point /cache
(it repeats)

and i can't boot into download mode

"Failed to boot into download mode press volume up or down to back to menu"

I also tried to boot into download mode using adb but it gives an error (error : closed)
Ps : Adb only detects my device when i go into (Apply update from ADB) from recovery mode
