Htc one mini power button

My nephew broke the top piece of my phone off and the power button came off is there any way to turn my phone on without it ?????? Its completely dead

Welcome to Android Central! Some phones will automatically power on when you plug it into a wall outlet, but if yours doesn't, then you're stuck--I don't think you can send a software command (e.g. using ADB) to power things up. You'll probably just have to get the power button repaired.

Would you happen to know how it would cost to get it repaired?

Sorry, no. I'd guess it isn't that much, since it'd be a small parts replacement, rather than having to replace the whole motherboard or screen.
