I recently traded my Lumia for an HTC One and I'm having trouble with a couple of things. My phone has custom rom that I would like to remove. I think it might be due to this custom rom that I cannot check for updates for my phone. The other problem I'm having is with wiping my phone. When I try I am taken to a Teamwin Recovery Project screen. From there I found my way to the erase screen, the few times I've tried that failed. Is there any way to remove this as well? One thing that I tried was downloading 4.3 ruu exe file that finally failed during the sending stage. I'm out of ideas and hope there's something that I missed that will help.
