What commands are you running?
All you need to do is copy the rom into the folder on your PC that has fastboot & adb in it. In recovery on the phone start adb and the type this in a cmd promt opened from the fastboot folder "adb sideload nameof rom

Strange. You should be able to access the internal storage... Hmmmm.... Can you at least see the content inside?

I got it back to factory settings(Thx HTC Live Chat!)

I had to RE-lock my phone, download the RUU from HTC's Site, Let it do its thing while in FASTBOOT USB. Took about 10 mins and it was done, fully working....

Thanks,
Charles
