Need an RUU please read

So I have tried rooting my phone (keep reading please, its not what you think) and bricked it. Luckily I was able to fix it with an RUU. But then the battery broke and I sent it back to HTC. They gave me a new HTC one and now I would like to root it again but carefully this time
So I would like to first obtain an RUU as follows:
Radio- 4T.27.3218.14

Also I have T-Mobile

Its not any different than the last time you did it. Use HTCDEV. to unlock the bootloader. and flash/install twrp. Either flash/install supersu in recovery or flash a custom rom which is rooted. Also you can flash a stock rooted if you arent going to flash any mods.
